Observation

It was determined that the needed builidng permits on the modification/renovation work, done in the last year on the "preschool/classroom" building, were not obtained. Ms Lee was not actively using the "preschool/classroom" building for children at the time of the visit. She was using it recently for storage of new child care equipment. She agreed not use that space for child care henceforth; until and unless it is re-approved by Child Care Licensing at a later date. The "preschool/classroom building has been removed from her licensed space for child care.
